Planning For Teaching
Plan everything before teaching is necessary for every teacher. Based on the observation I did at school, teachers plan the teaching start from making the lesson plan which related to the basic core curriculum. They choose the topic for teaching then study the lesson and create the activies for teaching also plan the materials that will be thought. If it necessary teacher also provide the worksheets for evaluation.

After a week I observed the teachers especially in English Major, here is my report.
Preparing Lessons and Materials
Teachers prepare the lessons by creating the lesson plan integrated with the curriculum and making sure the lesson also the activities they have prepared could be easily thought and understood by students. For the materials, has been well provided by the schools. They just need to use the materials which fit to the lesson and activities.
Teaching in Class
As i have observed the teachers teaching in class, they have 5 main activities during the learning process. Start from the warm up activity, after teacher entered the class all of students should be ready then stand up and greet the teachers with posing their hand and bow their head a little bit then greet each other. After that teacher start to review the previous lesson or announce the new topic that will be thought. Then it comes to the presentation activity, the teacher start presented the lesson and also engaged the students to guess and answer some questions. Then continue to the Practice activity, in this phase teacher let the students practicing the lesson by create some sentences, had question and answer, etc to develop and make sure the students understand the lesson. Then move to the production activity, this could be the climax of the teaching process because students produce their result in learning process and teacher also assesses them. Finally it comes to the wrap up activity, in this phase teacher review again the lesson together with students. Then the class closed with saying goodbye to each other. Overall, the teaching was well done for an hour. Teachers really engaged with students and teacher showed learner-centered activity. One that I hope teacher do in the class is teacher could decrease the using of thai language in explaining the lesson.
Measurement and Evaluation
The way teachers evaluating and assessing the students' progress or performances are through diverse assessment techniques, e.g., asking questions, observing, examining homework, assessing projects, tasks/assignments, or using a quiz.
